Delivery & returns

We have listed out the most important points about delivery, return and warranty:

1. We deliver to all around the world. We have not found a place yet, where the package has not reached.
2. With express shipping we deliver almost always within 2-4 business days. It can take less, but almost never more than 7 business days. To Baltic’s we deliver within 1-3 days.
3. In special occasions, especially when acceptance from a customer is needed, the delivery time could be longer.
4. We are using fixed pricing, so the delivery cost will not change, no matter how many peaces you order. So order with friends and split the costs  🙂
5. You can return the product within 30 days, without explanation, but it has to be unused to get a full refund.
6. The client is responsible for returning products (e.g. shipment cost back to Hekkpipe).
7. Warranty for material and production defects lasts for 24 months.
