If you already are a Hekkpipe owner and you have an Active model at home, then this product is just for you. Please note: this is not a hookah, this is a spare part for a hookah, so it does not include hookah bottle, bowl, hose etc. Inside the box, on the front cover there is also a coal security cover made of stainless steel.

New Hekkpipe box is useful when:

you already have a Hekkpipe hookah and you would like to refresh your hookah outlook;
something happened with your current hookah (Active, Hexagon or Deluxe) and you wish to buy only Active hookah box;
you would like to add engraving to your hookah box, but you don’t want to buy the full set.

We have listed out the most important points about delivery, return and warranty:

We deliver to all around the world. We have not found a place yet, where the package has not reached.
With express shipping we deliver almost always within 2-4 business days. It can take less, but almost never more than 7 business days. To Baltic countries we deliver within 1-3 days.
In special occasions, especially when acceptance from a customer is needed, the delivery time could be longer.
We are using fixed pricing, so the delivery cost will not change, no matter how many peaces you order. So order with friends and split the costs 🙂
You can return the product within 30 days, without explanation, but it has to be unused to get a full refund.
The client is responsible for returning products (e.g. shipment cost back to Hekkpipe).
Warranty for material and production defects lasts for 24 months.
