This hand-crafted ceramic hookah bowl features a tower in the middle which prevents your tobacco from burning. The tower soaks in most of the heat from the coal and spreads it evenly across the tobacco. This enables the tobacco to bake and give out fine taste instead of burning it and making you cough. The holes are placed away from the bottom which prevents your very wet tobacco juice from dripping away. Compatible with all Hekkpipe models.

We have listed out the most important points about delivery, return and warranty:

We deliver to all around the world. We have not found a place yet, where the package has not reached.
With express shipping we deliver almost always within 2-4 business days. It can take less, but almost never more than 7 business days. To Baltic’s we deliver within 1-3 days.
In special occasions, especially when acceptance from a customer is needed, the delivery time could be longer.
We are using fixed pricing, so the delivery cost will not change, no matter how many peaces you order. So order with friends and split the costs 🙂
You can return the product within 30 days, without explanation, but it has to be unused to get a full refund.
The client is responsible for returning products (e.g. shipment cost back to Hekkpipe).
Warranty for material and production defects lasts for 24 months.
